Questions restaurant owners ask

Do my staff need to install anything?

No — they use WhatsApp, which they already have.

What phones does it work on?

Any phone with WhatsApp. No smartphone app required.

What do my staff see on WhatsApp?

They text "hi" and get a simple numbered menu. They reply with a number to see their shifts, punch in or out, or apply for leave — and on the Growth plan, pick up open shifts. No app, no login, nothing to learn.

What do I see on WhatsApp as the manager?

You get your own menu: text "hi" and see who's working today, tomorrow's roster, pending leave requests, today's attendance, and whether next week is published. A quick read-only check from your phone. (You build the actual roster on the web.)

What do we type to get the menu?

Just "hi" — or honestly any message. If BentoPing doesn't recognise what you typed, it simply shows the menu. Nothing to remember.
